Returns
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your product we will happily offer a refund once we receive the returned item. Returning the item is at your expense and it is recommended you gain proof of posting.

Faulty Items
We do our best to create and sell perfectly made products. However, if your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please call us or email using the form on our contact page. Please report any damage or faults within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please also send an image of the fault so a refund can be arranged or replacement made as soon as possible.
